What is wrong with my foot? Fractured? Bruised?

I hurt my foot at soccer tryouts last week and i cant tell whats wrong with it. It hurts when i strike the ball hard playing soccer and it will throb for a long time afterwards. It doesnt hurt when i run but sometimes it throbs afterwards. Its on the inside part of my foot and it doesnt look swolen or bruised. What could it be?
