What is the most important thing you look for in a dancer?

One of my favorite quotes is "Dance first, think later, it's the natural order", it means get lost in the music & dance from your heart not your brain. I think passion is the most important thing for a dancer to have. You can have huge leaps, tons of pirouettes, perfect fouettes, but none of that looks truly beautiful unless you look like you love what you do. Everything you said is VERY important but none of that matters unless you have the passion to make all those qualities shine.
