Relieving soreness for a short period of time?

I've been practicing my dance choreography for about a whole week, having 8 hour sessions on the weekends, and 3 hours of practice on weekdays, i've been completely sore this whole time i've been practicing due to not working out. I will completely rest after the performance (tomorrow) is done. But for now, i am focused on performing at my best, without the pain, is there any way i can relieve the soreness by tomorrow? Is it bad for being this sore and not relaxing as much?
