What is ballet like..is it boring and how hard is it?

If you want to do it, do it. It's never too late. Honestly, ballet is my life and i wouldn't know what to do without it. I'm 14 too, in the highest level at my ballet school and company, and it makes me feel strong and invincible. I promise you it's not boring. Since youd be just starting out you'd be placed in a simpler level, so it might be slow, but just know you must cover the basics before you become a serious dedicated dancer. Who knows? You might be a natural. I started out pretty late, at age 7 and everybody else in my classes started at age 3. It kinda came naturally to me too and I skipped multiple levels. Maybe that's what will happen with you too. You never know until you try, so follow what your heart tells you to do! Good luck :)
