Can you recover deleted black ops map packs on xbox?

I'm assuming somehow someone accidentally deleted the first strike map pack because it's gone so now I can't play my favorite zombie map. We didn't download it from the system, we bought the card from gamestop and entered the code. Is there any way to get them back?
