Strike of neos booster pack question?

what are the chances of getting a neo parshath the sky paladin in that pack. ive seen many people open them in youtube and none got neo parshath and i tried to find one. it was like looking for an animal thats extinct. so what are the chances. (Need it in lost sanctuary deck)
