I need my heel stretch and scorpion in 5 days!!!!! HELP!!!?

I have been doing cheer for a while and i quit for three years. i'm back at it, i've only went to 6 practices so far and our choreography camp is in 5 days and my coach told me i need a heel stretch and scorpion by then. im not very flexible. so how do i become more flexible and how do i get them???
