Will this Iron Body regime work and how long will it take?
Every day, hitting a sock full of gravel 100 times each: knife-hand, punch, back-hand, elbow strike, and palm-hand. Equal to 500 blows. Then hitting your whole arm with the gravel-filled sock 100 times and then the other arm 100 times. Then the whole leg 100 times and the other leg 100 times. Then the chest and stomach and shoulder area 100 times each. Then, finally, 100 spear-hand thrusts into a bucket of sand and 100 punches with each hand, then your done. How long will it take and will it work? Does it matter about the strength of skin, muscle, or bone the most? When I say, "Will it work," I mean in how much time will I able to break a board about three inches thick and two feet long, and about four inches wide?
